21/03/2015 UPDATE: added audio to some forms, using the truly awesome AwesomeTTS add-on and the Naver translation service. If you prefer this deck without the audio, for example because you don’t like TTS generated audio or want to use AwesomeTTS on the fly playback I suggest deleting all audio files by:
1. Going to the card browser and selecting all cards in THIS deck; 2. Clicking Find and Replace under Edit; 3. Entering \[sound\:.*\] in the Find box and leaving the Replace box empty; 4. Checking the ‘Threat as regular expression’ box; 5. Pressing OK.
This should delete all the sound files in this deck.
Update 04/01/16: now includes 67 verbs
Update 03/01/16: divided verbs over different decks, added a few verbs
Made this deck to practice Korean verb conjugation. Conjugation information is taken from
http://dongsa.net . Only includes a few verbs at the moment, but I will add as I encounter more (irregular) verbs. Right now, there are only cards for a few of the forms (as those are the only one I know right now), but the notes include information for all the forms. If you want to practice another form all you need to do is add a new card and replace the field between the {{}}. If you for example want to practice the 슴니다 form, make the front of the card like this:
What is the [슴니다 form] form of {{verb}}? {{type:declarative present formal high}} and the back like this: {{FrontSide}} <hr id="answer"> <br><div style="font-family: Noto Sans CJK KR Medium; font-size: 20px;">{{declarative present formal high}} <br> <div style="font-family: Noto Sans CJK KR Medium; font-size: 20px;">{{verb}} = {{meaning}} <br><br><div style="font-family: Noto Sans CJK KR Medium; font-size: 14px;">type: {{type}} <br> <br><div style="font-family: Noto Sans CJK KR Medium; font-size: 20px;">동사
This decks right now has:
- total of 88 verbs with all forms available on dongsa
- 6 ㅎ 불규칙 동사 (irregular verb)
- 11 ㄹ 불규칙 동사 (irregular verb)
- 6 ㅅ 불규칙 동사 (irregular verb)
- 16 르 불규칙 동사 (irregular verb)
- 5 ㄷ 불규칙 동사 (irregular verb)
- 45 regular verbs (very common verbs)
Apart from that, every note has:
- English translation of the full verb (but no English trans for every form, because 1. that is a pain to collect and 2. sometimes the form is not the same as the closest English equivalent)
- the type of conjugation (so if you want to practice a specific conjugation type just learn the cards with for example field "type:ㅅ 불규칙 동사 (irregular verb)")
- A link to the verb on dongsa
- TTS audio (Shout out to AwesomeTTS!)
