This is a programmatically generated deck containing the top most common 4,000 English words with their related IPA pronunciation. The words were pulled from some online resource, and then I wrote a script to query
https://tophonetics.com/ to obtain the IPA for each. The settings used were American Accent without weak forms.
For some unknown reason the deck has 4,324 cards instead of 4,000; I am not sure why, but I went through the entire deck and everything looked legit with no duplicates. Maybe the site I pulled them from miscounted them, or the script also pulled the words in the rest of the page. Either way, all 4,324 cards have the correct IPA for the word.
