Etupuoli Hyperproteinemia
Kääntöpuoli Hyperproteinemia is the state of having overly high levels of protein in the blood. This can occur due to monoclonal gammopathies such as multiple myeloma and after intravenous immunoglobulin has been given. It can result in a falsely low appearing sodium level (hyponatremia). Many diseases or medical conditions may cause elevated protein blood levels (hyperproteinemia) or an imbalance of the ratio of albumin to globulins. These conditions include: Dehydration. Chronic (long-term) inflammation or inflammatory disorders.• Acute phase proteins:   —C-reactive protein   —SAA (serum amyloid A)  —Fibrinogen • It is synthesized in the liver • IL-1, TNF-α, IL-6 • Observed ~ 2 days after beginning of acute inflammation
