After successfully creating and using the A2 wordlist I looked further how about other lists and I found the Goethe-Zertifikat_B1_Wortliste.pdf. The processing of this list was quite a thing and after writing parser scripts for two and a half days I finally stopped. This is due to the badly formatted wordlist which was done in QuarkExpress, a design software rather than a database and latex. If someone wants to have the scripts and continue, feel free to contact me.
By accident I found another quite similar list, the wordlist dtz_wortliste.pdf, also called “DEUTSCH-TEST FÜR ZUWANDERER A2-B1” which is also B1 level but newer and focused more on foreigners. Throwing the same parser scripts I developed before on this list gave success and same like before I enriched all the vocabularies and sentences with audio and translations. I found that
duden.de and
yandex.ru are not working anymore, so I used a SAPI5 sound on my pc.
The original DTZ wordlist in B1 level can be found here:
https://www.goethe.de/lhr/pro/daz/dfz/dtz_wortliste.pdf
The first pages of the wordlist are in this document, but I didn’t include them in the deck.

The wordlist B1 that I tried but gave up so fare is here

Tools
The following tools have been used beside Anki to create the deck, thanks!
dict.leo.org to clarify some English translations
translate.google.com to translate the sentenses
AwesomeTTS Plugin

Advanced Browser

Some SAPI5 voices, info for example here
https://harposoftware.com/en/27-german
Most of the English translations of the words are from here:
https://www.memrise.com/course/1109151/complete-b1-vocabulary-list-official-list/
Known Limitations
I checked the meaning of some of the English translation of the vocabulary by hand, but still I am sure there will be quite some errors to be found, in case you are not sure ask a native or at least consult
dict.leo.org. The translation of the sentences is only to give a feeling; I didn’t check it at all. The audio sometimes is not really nice, I tried different audio, different speed. The sentenses are at default speed, the words -3. Please feel free to add more corrections as time moves on. If you want to post some corrections below feel free to do so but please add the order_number from the note, then I can easily import and fix it.
Additional Information
I wanted to create a deck where part of the sound is played automatically and part not. This was finally achieved by putting a long invisible silent sound in front of the sounds I don’t wanted to be auto-played, for example <div style="display:none">[sound:_LongSilence.mp3]</div>
