There are different variations for representing English phonemes. It boils down to the two major versions which are almost identical, but contain some differences in vowels: Oxford English Dictionary version (cat is /kat/) and Cambridge Dictionary version (cat is /kæt/).
I used Cambridge-style phonemes (/kæt/) in this deck.
