I'd suggest this strategy:
First go learn https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/183645850 first, it's a mini-version with just 1 verb for each binyan.
Make sure deck options work for you. Here are deck options I use, this way you get new random cards every time and never do reviews. New cards per day: 35, Maximum reviews/day: 0, New cards ignore review limit: Yes, Learning steps: 1m, New card gather order: Random cards, New card sort order: Order gathered. When reviewing cards, press "Easy" to go to the next card.
Now you can productively grind at this deck! But you might want to filter it. For example, take just pa'al and suspend all other cards. You can also isolate only past tense or only future tense using filters if you'd like. Learn just that binyan+tense and then you can move to the others in the same way.
