This deck contains 3000 characters from the official documentation for the new HSK 3.0. The characters are ordered by frequency.
It can help you learn how to write the most common Chinese Hanzi using SRS. So you don't need to copy every character 1000 times in a row to remember it.
Works on both phones and PCs.
There is only 1 card type:
On the front you see pinyin and a character definition. And you should write the character on the screen.
On the back you see all the other information.
All the credits go to the amazing website Anki xiehanzi and its creator Mani (krmanik). (Please check his deck - https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/239300382)
And to the creator of the deck - Mandarin Chinese: New HSK 3.0 Vocabulary and Characters (Please check his deck - https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1144807196)
I like the xiehanzi deck from Mani (krmanik), but in my opinion it's overkill to learn how to write 11k words from HSK. I decided it's much more useful (easier and faster) to learn how to write only 3k characters that make up these 11k words. Unfortunately I didn't find a deck for this, so I made one myself. I also didn’t like that the characters and their outlines were visible by default, and I didn’t want to adjust the settings every time I practiced, so I decided to fix that.
I took the 3000-character list from the deck "Mandarin Chinese: New HSK 3.0" and converted it using the Anki Xiehanzi website.
After conversion, the Usage and Level fields were missing, so I added them from the HSK 3.0 deck. I also removed the audio field and files, using Anki’s built-in TTS instead, making the deck lightweight (~1mb). Note: you need to download a Chinese TTS voice for your phone or PC.
The definitions, pinyin, and zhuyin are automatically generated via the Xiehanzi website; I haven’t corrected all of them yet (but plan to).
I modified the Xiehanzi template slightly. By default, the fields Simplified, Traditional, and Outline are now hidden on the front of the card, so you don’t need to turn them off each time. You can still enable them if needed.
I don’t use Zhuyin, so it’s also turned off on both the front and back of the card (can be re-enabled via the script). The other fields are hidden because I prefer not to have hints on how to write a hanzi on the front, only pinyin and definitions are shown. (Some hints may still appear in the definition field; you can delete or ignore them.)
If you want to add new characters to the deck, use the Anki xiehanzi website, because it adds to the card some necessary HTML code.
You can promote and support the website and contact the creator directly. You can also support the creator of Mandarin Chinese: New HSK 3.0, there’s a "buy me a coffee" link in the description of his deck.
I hope I don't share anything copyrighted. I'm attaching the license from Anki xiehanzi github just in case.

So, that's all. I hope you like it and find it useful.
If you have any questions or requests about this deck, you can write me at [email protected]. Maybe I can change this deck to your needs and upload it here as well. (e.g. to add zhuyin turned on by default or something else or make it to ask for traditional characters).
If you also want to support me for my small efforts, you can subscribe to my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@Faria_abbe), where I show this deck and share my daily Anki grind for the 8+ languages I'm learning. Thank you! <3
