Ahlan! If you are using the textbook Alif Baa, you should find this deck very useful. It includes all the MSA vocab in the book, presented in two forms: listening and writing.
It is not tagged by unit but at only 200 words this should not be a large barrier.
The deck is separated into two card types. The first is English->Arabic and I recommend you have a notebook out to write the words. If you would rather identify the words you can flip the sides rather easily. The second is Listening->English and is self-explanatory. I think this combination gives you the best grasp of the vocab without being overwhelming, but feel free to try out different combinations.
