{{c1::Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia}} Patients present with cough and dyspnea and have subpleural or peribronchial patchy areas of airspace consolidation radiographically There is no interstitial fibrosis or honeycomb lung Often seen as a response to infections or inflammatory injury of the lungs Some patients recover spontaneously, but most need {{c2::treatment with oral steroids for 6 months}} or longer for complete recovery
