German Animal Nouns in All 4 Cases (Singular + Plural)

Language/German

This deck helps you internalize German noun declension across all four cases — nominative, accusative, dative, and genitive — using animal nouns as a consistent, visual theme.

Each noun appears in singular and plural, with 8 total forms per animal.

Each card includes:

  • A photo of the animal
  • A sentence with blanks (for article + noun)
  • A completed sentence
  • The English translation

Example Card: Front: Ich sehe _________ im Wald. Back: Ich sehe den Bären im Wald. “Bear”

Why I made it: N-Deklination tripped me up when I first encountered it — especially words like “der Bär” changing to “den Bären”, “dem Bären”, etc. This deck is my way of making those patterns easier to learn through repetition and context.

Perfect for A1–C1 learners who want more than just vocab drills.
