This deck is meant for learners of Chinese who are familiar with simplified characters and now want to learn traditional characters. Each note is for one character, with the following cards:
- Given the simplified Chinese character, write the traditional Chinese character.
- Given a traditional Chinese character, identify its pinyin/meaning/associated simplified character
Only characters that have different simplified/traditional forms are given. It is assumed that you already have a knowledge of simplified Chinese characters; if you are new to learning Chinese characters then this is not a good deck for you.
Completing this deck should give you a working knowledge of traditional Chinese characters, enough to read most newspapers/simple articles and not be lost.
