My java-program for creating flashcards for Anki has successfully completed its task!

Below, you can freely download fully voiced English-Russian flashcard decks (American English) based on a list of frequently used English words and phrases. These decks are available for different levels of English proficiency: A1 (652 words), Mobile Version 67Mb A2 (1072 words), Mobile Version 116Mb B1 (1839 words), Mobile Version 218Mb B2 (2543 words), Mobile Version 325Mb C1 (1489 words), Mobile Version 195Mb C2 (2038 words), Mobile Version 278Mb ALL (9633 слова) full version for desktop 1,44 Mb

Each flashcard contains:

  • Transcription
  • Voiceover by a native speaker
  • Hidden hint
  • The most common translation
  • An alternative translation option
  • Explanation of the word in English using other words
  • Usage examples
  • Especially for children, the translation is also voiced

These flashcards are compiled by my program based on the Cambridge English Profile and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). CEFR is an international standard for describing language ability, offering a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners to C2 for those who have mastered a language. This allows anyone involved in language teaching and testing, like teachers or employers, to easily understand the level of different qualifications.
