| Front | How is DNA organised in eukaryotic cells? |
| Back | Most of the DNA content is in the nucleus. Each DNA molecule is wound around histone proteins to form chromosomes. There is also a loop of DNA in mitochondria and chloroplasts. |

| Back | A microorganism that causes a disease. This lives in a host which creates a good habitat in which the pathogen can live. The pathogen takes nutrition from the host but this can cause damage in the process. |
