A Level Chemistry AQA Deck (B Grade at A Level)

Chemistry

I got a B Grade at A Level with this deck (I was 1 mark off an A). I have made this deck public so that you can download it and improve it to hopefully get a way higher grade than me. It may save you time. Keep in mind this is for the 2023 AQA Specification so please ensure that you are not missing anything for your specification.

Front It is difficult to extract Titanium from it's ores because reduction with carbon produces a brittle Titanium Carbide. So what do we do?
Back To avoid this the titanium oxide ore is first reacted with chlorine and carbon to form titanium(IV) chloride (TiCl4) Then it's reduced with magnesium to produce titanium :(BTW the MgCl2 Should be 2 MgCl2)

Back The boiling point down group 7 Increases. As you go down the group the molecules (X2) are larger and have more electrons. Therefore the van der waals forces between the molecules are stronger and more energy is needed overcome them.
