U.S. Presidents and associated data

History

This deck will walk you through the 46 presidents to date to help you memorize various data for each one. By the end, you should be able to name a president by his vice president(s) (and vice versa), the predecessor and successor for any commander in chief, the home state of a particular POTUS, and much more.

Covered in the notes are:

  • Order
  • Term
  • Party
  • Vice President(s)
  • Predecessor
  • Successor
  • Home State
  • Portrait

All information and the portraits come from the Wikipedia list of U.S. Presidents (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_presidents_of_the_United_States) with the exception of the home states, which come from a different Wikipedia page and are specifically the "States of primary affiliation" (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_presidents_of_the_United_States_by_home_state#States_of_primary_affiliation).
