This deck contains cards for the Coursera MOOC course Chinese Characters for beginner 汉字 by Peking University (
https://www.coursera.org/learn/hanzi/home/welcome).
The notes are tagged by lesson (lesson1-40) so you can easily filter for studying a particular lesson or set of lessons.
I based the deck on
https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1907668496 (Hanping Chinese HSK (1-6)). Where an exact match existed in the source deck, I didn't add a new note and only added a tag for the lesson number. All notes from the source deck can be identified by their tags (hsk1-6). All other notes I created. As this course does not use the Traditional forms, I removed those from all notes. The original deck also has functionality to enable clicking to get to a definition (in Android) - this was not tested and will likely not work.
