Words/Vocabulary from various sources (listed below) have been compiled together to create a deck with over 9000 words and idioms. Examples for most words have been found from a hundreds of episodes of TV.
HSK - 汉语水平考试 ( 5000 words ) DC - Developing Chinese textbooks ( over 20 textbooks ) ( +1900 words ) B - busuu.com website ( +2180 words ) CC - CC-CEdict (+90 words) Wiktionary (for cross-referencing part-of-speech info)
E - elementary I - intermediate G - grammar S - spoken
NOTE: This deck contains a lot of words. In my opinion, and public consensus, written Chinese takes several times longer than spoken Chinese (8 years versus 2 years). Given that, if you'd like to firstly focus on spoken Chinese (speaking/listening), you can create a filtered deck to exclude the written Chinese (reading/writing) until you are ready to study it.
To exclude those cards, you can create (or update) a filtered deck, i.e. TODO Later, specifying a search criteria of card:reading or card:writing, and with a high limit (i.e. 999000). Using boolean logic ( using parenthesis and the 'or' operator ), you can filter cards for later from multiple decks into the same filtered deck (i.e. (deck:Spanish card:example) or (card:reading or card:writing)
NOTE: If you feel this deck is useful, Please Rate it. A higher rating would help others choose and learn from it too.
