This deck is based on Gabriel Wyner's (Fluent Forever) Japanese model deck, with modifications by Shawn Crowder (Japanese in a Year).

The update includes the following changes/features:

- Additional "New Kanji Reading" flashcard (to test known Kanji with new pronunciations)
- Japanese versions of most-used flashcards (for full Japanese immersion in study sessions)
